Terms and Conditions

1. Payment: A 50% deposit is mandatory to confirm the booking. The remaining
   balance must be paid 48 hours before the bus departs our depot.
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled
   departure will incur a 25% charge of the total quotation amount.
3. Liability: The company is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen
   circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical breakdowns.

Vehicle Availability and Outsourcing

1. Vehicle Provision: We will provide the bus to the Client on the scheduled date and time, subject to availability.
2. Availability: In the event that our bus is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to outsource the transportation service to a reputable third-party provider.
3. Outsourcing: The Client acknowledges that in the event of outsourcing, we will ensure that the third-party provider meets our standards and requirements.
4. No Liability: We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the unavailability of our bus or the outsourcing of the transportation service.
