How do I book a luxury bus?

You can book a bus by:

How far in advance should I make a booking?

We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with full payment due 48 hours before departure.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours before the trip may qualify for a partial refund.

No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

What happens if Sebata Luxury Charters cancels my booking?

In the rare event that we need to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle issues, extreme weather, or safety concerns), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Each passenger is allowed up to 30 kg of luggage. Additional or oversized luggage may incur extra charges.
